help major bug!!

NetworkErr - (132)

WSALastErr - (10060)

 this message always shows up and logs me out when i attempt to beging quest 8 please help asap also does any one else experience this my guy  goes through the  portal then it cuts to a loading screen and that message shows up

dont worry.......... everyone.. ok, almost everyone has disconnect issues in this game... no biggie.. ncsoft wants ya to enjoy the real life more & give them free money.... chill.. no biggie... 'day i miself have disconnected over 5 time consecutively....... .. but no biggie... chiiiiiiillllllll and give them yar milk & cookies.. no biggie....*walks off a cliff*

You have to make the game load the next part of the map before entering it, like THIS.
