Only have 1 channel and there is no other players

I have this issue for 2 days already and I sent the ticket but they just said repair your file. It's not the file problem because I use my brother's account then his account be change the channel. By the way I can use F5 F8 F9 F10 and also I can see my clan's chatting. But I can see no one in the map and also I can invite my friends to my group or be invited by them. Please, I need technical support to solve this problem. Or can you help me to ask technical department that what's wrong with my account. Thank you very much,
