Ban wave and NCsoft

Ive NEVER used a bot or ANYTHING that changes the play of the game.  I run BnS and windows media player for music and sometimes outlook for email.  thats IT!  NOTHING more.  Yet i get a ban for third party software?  If WMP or OUTLOOK is concidered this, they should state so, but i seriously doubt it is. Ive put alot of time and a small amout of money into my account to get treated like a third party player.  :/

Just today my account got locked out due to suspisious activity. Is exping an alt then sleeping this kind of activity? Wth NCsoft?
