I thought they would be obligated to give full details about the ban.

If you ask for more informations, this is what they answer :

They sent same message and wont tell anything

I have play world of warcraft for six (6) years and NEVER have i had so much as a timeout, more/less a ban for ANY reason!  I have played EACH of my characters FULLY, every action in the game
was BY ME!  I have not ASSISTED other players using these things because a) i dnt know people who DO, b) takes the FUN out of the game.. as you have now.
If my ISP turned off my internet, best believe i would get a refund, and i expect NOTHING less here.
As long as im using this NEW account, i wont ask for a refund on it, but as soon as you ban it also, i will request the same!  I DONT use bots/hacks/exploits/whatever!
Ive seen people on twitch streaming the bloodshade exploit, and yet, no ban.  But you say i used this and cant even tell me WTH I USED!  i ONLY run a few background
programs.. outlook (email), windows media player (music), firefox (web browser), and yea, thats about the extent of it.  So that being said, if you banned the first account,
wont be long before you ban the new one... because i run the EXACT same programs while playing.  The ONLY reason i spent ANY REAL money on this new account is
to just have fun while waiting on the ban to be lifted.  I WONT be spending any more on it until then.  Do you HONESTLY think someone would fight this hard.. go through this BS,
go through contacting their bank, ect., ect., if they were wrong?
Only answer i get is "Third Party Software" or "We have reviewed the above action and found it and the associated penalty to be consistent with our policies."
that tells me NOTHING! 
 
 
The link above was sent in and yet i SERIOUSLY doubt anything has been done.  Havent even heard a WORD since then. I will continue to fight this through my
bank.  Its utter crap and undeserved!  If i cant use that account i want my money back.. plain and simple.  Every penny used on that account is worthless now
because i can not access it.  and still have yet to get a FULL explination!

I wont tolerate a big company pushing around an indivual and SOMETHING needs to be done about.
Its NOT fair to take peoples money and leave them high and dry without even a warning or explination.
This matter is LONG from over until it is resolved in a resonable way.

lies and all lies , i use logitec gaming software and i use razer synapse    and i never got banned , stop it none of you is innocent the people who got banned either botted or exploited which is which :)

If I received this kind of response, I would file a lawsuit.
This does not seem legally correct to do and answering, for example "You exploited Ogoong at this time and day and here again" does NOT compromise their security or tracking methods.
This would be tracking that any of us could expect anyway.

Read the Tos you have no grounds to file anything. The account you play is in no way shape or form yours, it is the sole property of NCsoft to do with as they will. It's also states in the ToS the company is under no obligation to inform anyone of the decisions they make. Just read the ToS and what exactly you agreed to when you started playing the game. It will clear up a lot of these forum post and answer many questions as to why no response.

And to save more ban's read the Code of conduct for forums. 

Circumventing a Suspension / Ban 
To maintain the environment of the forums, it’s absolutely necessary that the moderators can do their jobs effectively. To facilitate this, any discussion of disciplinary action or moderation is not allowed, and circumventing suspensions by posting on another account or having another user post on your behalf is also not allowed. This includes posting any chat logs or email correspondence between a player and a Game Master (GM), moderator, administrator, or any member of NCSOFT staff.

In addition, abusing the report feature makes it more difficult for moderators to maintain the environment of the forums and as such will result in disciplinary action.

Just read your law books.  Your not paying for the game, your paying for a service, and when that service is interfered with, they don't have an option.  They can withhold HOW they got the information for security reasons, that's it.  They HAVE to by law inform you.  They have taken your money and made a BINDING contract to fulfill a service.  If AT&T took your monthly payment today, cut off your phone tomorrow, and gave you NO reason as to why, other than you went against our coc, they are liable.  It is now, and always been.. ILLEGAL!  Don't believe me, call a lawyer and ask.. the advice is free from most lawyers, and I'm sure some would LOVE to get into a class-action with a bigger company.  I'm not paying for a game/account, but a service that is no longer provided without just cause.  Just take a "google" at it.  ;)

Well I've read a few ambulance chaser websites about suing online games for wrongful banning. And most replies are as followed "Yes, you can" The lawsuit may take anywhere from 5 days to years to be handled. The basic rate for a Lawyer in this case is $350.00 a hour. Ultimately you may recover the price of the game and any money you may have spent. So I suppose if you really want to show them how brilliant you are sue :D

Bloody hell,

Last week got banned, but account opened the same day.

Yesterday again banned, and now recieved the answer that I used a third party program?

I live in the Netherlands and have a good connection, so no need for WTfast or something like that.

I dont have a macro mouse/keyboard or any software to use that I am playing Blade Master why should i use  macro.

 

They didnt come with proof or anything. Why unlock last week but ban now? This is very ridicilous, and guess what i just had buyed premium 2 days ago!

It maybe something on your system giving a false positive to them. What type of mouse do you use? If i was in your place I would send them all the specs from my computer and mouse, keyboard just to see if anything your using legit is causing the issue. Don't give up a lot of people who were wrongly banned have gotten unbanned just takes a bit.

Obviously you have no clue about the system and laws.  YOU do not have to file the suit.  Contact your BBB and file the complaint.  That's the cheap way out.  Another is a lawyer who takes a % of whats made from the suit, because you would be sueing for more than just your money at this point.  Money, time involved, distress, just to name a few.  Sooo, quit being so negative and add some positive feedback... thanks

LOL distress over a online game REALLY? You honestly think that would work. And what exactly does the BBB do? Give them a bad review lol. Really sir what exactly do you do for a living, because I can say without hesitation it's sure not law. You do know the first question is going to be who forced you to play the game, invest the money, time ect. There is ZERO documented cases where anyone has won a suit against a online gaming company. People have died sitting in their chair playing a game which is a sad thing, but did the game developers get charged ofc not because once again no one forced you to play a F2P game. The best you can hope for is to do a charge back if you invested money, and hope that the game company has no logs of you breaking the ToS because even then it will be iffy. 

 Please call a lawyer tomorrow tell him you want to sue for  Money, time involved, distress, just to name a few and when they get all excited and ask "what Company" And you reveal over a online game and tell me your chances of recovering a dime.
