FM HEALING BUG/EXPLOIT OR INTENDEND?

they are healing with frost sheath+divine veil,  if the divine veil is up it's supposed to block only ranged attacks and on resist heal 1% but if you use frost sheath at the same time you going to heal even melee and aoe attacks, so they can heal way more than frost armor

The fundamental problem here is your still hitting them. >.> 

and unlike frost armor, frost sheath actually lets the opponent know "HEY IM GONNA USE THIS!"

FYI Left side veil heals 15% over 15 sec on top of the 1% on resist.

Right side heals 5% over 15.

 

The 1% only specifies on resist, shouldn't matter how you resist.

well the resist is supposed to be of ranged attacks rofl, im a fm myself im just asking if this a bug or intended, you can say don't attack it but if you aoe  that tick and someone use it he going to heal 30% +
