need help on FPS drop

Hi! Does anyone here know where i can get a free ping killer program like wtfast that doesn't need to be paid? I'm just a free user and i can't afford to pay wtfast monthly. I can't do any dailies with 24man dungeon or BW, my screen just freezes if there are more than 15 people doing Poh or MM and yeah same goes to BW. It's a very huge disadvantage for me since I'm playing from the east. I do appreciate if you guys would share. Thanks in advance :)

its not your ping its horrible optimization. NCsoft does not see it as an actual issue. they need to pin an official thread.
