Insta-death in dungeons

What is the reasoning behind the insta-death for people running to get in the final boss room if someone hits the final boss alone/without the rest of the party inside?

Stopping people from re-joining the fight after death.

 

Yeah, fire walls are an idiotic idea. Pretty much a lazy solution because NCsoft doesn't want to put effort into making a wall.

So, what do you do when the high level assasin stealth runs way ahead and solo the bosses while the rest of the group is still clearing mobs?

afk and receive the rewards

Do I get the reward even if I die/stay dead in the fire?

Do not release and don't stay too far away and you'll get your rewards. Plus, usually at least 1 non-*cricket* player will stay behind and rezz you.

If you have already another assassin on the other side of the wall, he can use his lotus branch 2 to pull you out of the fire, then rez you. He needs to spec for it

The fire wall makes me laugh like almost every dungeon run except for poh and bsh 4/6 mans hahaha 

 

Even I get caught up by the fire sometimes I just laugh and type to party that I got killed by them and have to leech that boss hahaha
