loading screen stuck and crash and DCed!

i always have this problem...i dont know if my pc have the problem or else... and everytimes the loading screen seems takes about a minutes to load?? am i the only one who facing this problem?? and sometimes got DC or the client just crash ... i really lost my interest in this game...

You are not alone dude .... NCSoft was trying to make fast and much money cause so many ppl from NA/EU were asking to play this game while it was released just in Asian, So many ppls got issus with crashs/lags/freezes/dc and more but its not NCs fault, its always urs ... I alreay try to get the game running stable for 2 weeks now, without any success ... crash all 30mins ...

 

Oh and guess what .... today morning (5h ago) I got locked out (banned) cause "suspicious activitys"

When I arrived I thought I was facing that issue because I am in Mexico or something. I am fairly new to the game. Every time I get a lodaing sceen to move to a new area the game crashes, or a message telling me I got disconnected from the server shows up. Sometimes it happens for no reason at all in game.
