Support Glitched?

I've been attempting to make support tickets for 3 days now about a couple of glitches that I've found and have happened to me... I wanted to send the tickets, along with the videos... yet I'm greeted with a broken submit button. Also, around 1 minute after the "submit" button was pressed, one of the videos disappears from the list.
