Network Issue

I have played for one month without any trouble, got this since this morning.

 

I have tried to log in for several times this morning due to this issue:

1. I logged in, everything seems okay

2. Go into combat for around 2-3 minutes

3. Suddenly everything stopped

4. Come up message: Disconnected from server. SystemErr - (1000 : Disconnected from the Server). NetworkErr - (132). WSALastErr - (10,060)

5. Then the BNS is closed immediately

6. I checked my internet, everything is normal as usual. Ping at 20ms, download speed at 9.06Mbps,upload speed at 0.9 Mbps.

7. Have not installed anything new in my laptop lately

 

Please check into this. This game is very great, but seems like it has many crash problem in it.

Please check into this. This game is very great, but seems like it has many crash problem in it.

can i know your pc spec? maybe its from the spec? cause my laptop spec is low

My laptop spec are:

1. Intel i7-740QM 1.73Ghz

2. 8GB RAM

3. Nvidia Geforce GTX460M 1.5GB

 

I think my spec shouldn't be the problem, as I always play this game in High Graphic Setting and 1920x1080 resolution with 40-50 fps before and got no issues
