Why Can't I do arena quests?

Hello, I am level 34 fm. I did the two arena quests a few days when I got to Yehara's mirage. Since then I have not been able to do the daily quests for arena. I went to the duel notice board and there is a daily quest marker above it but it is gray and I cannot do anything from the noticeboard. I tried to google this with no luck. Saw somewhere about you having to be gold, so I got to gold and still nothing. Please help. Thank you.
