Launcher stuck in "repair"

i am trying to play the game but when i press play in the launcher, it is stuck in "repairing" and nothing happens. 

 

I looked everywhere to see if it was a problem with the servers, but it seems to be me only.

 

i clicked repair files  but it still get stuck on the repairing part, it only says  downloading files and nothing more.

 

 

Please help! i want to play X(

 Close game, go to task manager (ctrl+alt+delete)  > processes > find anything running with NC in the name > end process >  exit.  launch game again, works for me
