It seems like a good skill but it requires a lot of points that could be better spent elsewhere at this point.

Yeap its worth buying ,actually its really important to have if you are going to play tag matches as it gives you huge defense and extremely useful for ur teammates to save them from stun lock against destro/kfm and when the bloody cat sits on ur friend u will make him immune to the nukes and i also use it against kfms in 1v1 they dont do shit when they turn blue.

You can always sacrifice some points for it,trust me its a game changer :)

I would not spend 5 points to spec it. It's technically useful, but you're better off jumping in and nuking the attacker in to next year. You can easily deal serious damage in addition to breaking their attack. In 1v1, stage 2 is the valuable one, especially against KFMs. Good luck farming it, though.

 

I can imagine there might be considerable value stage 4 in world PvP, but I don't do world PvP and I don't know of anyone who really does. Need a large-scale PvP arena or something.
