Sir, Can u help me to fix this,,

Possible solutions:
1) Turn off any antivirus shield and try again
2) Restart pc and then try again (dont do anything else except attempting the update)
3) Beat the dead horse and hopes it comes alive, try to update it 10x

if all the above fails, send a support ticket to www.support.bladeandsoul.com
