Auction House Cannot Display Page.

Since I got the game for pre-release, the AH will randomly work for a period of less then a minute, at pretty much random. All I see is Cannot display page, as shown in this screenshot, whenever I use f5(marketplace) or f2(character info). 

Can this please be fixed, or give me a solution, all i've seen is download windows updates??? this should not be necessary, I sat there for 3 hours finding more and restarting, this is a bit ridiculous. Essentially game breaking, have to keep getting my friends to sell for me, which they aren't premium so I lose the cut % off, and there is a sell limit.
