104 : OTP authentication failed Game Exit To deskop

Need Help, I can't Login this game, After Input Pin 6 Digit, Then he Say "  Failed to connect to server, SystemErr ( 104: OTP Authentication Failure) "

if you guys know how to fix this, please tell me , Thank you very much

SO basically, You can't login for 3 days?

Did any of You posted an support ticket?

I finally get it, how to fix it, This error because some app, For me, The problem is X mouse app , because that app, in pin display if we click , it will take 2 digit input, then the game say "  Failed to connect to server, SystemErr ( 104: OTP Authentication Failure)   " Now after stop that app then uninstall X mouse app, the game work fine again :)  Hope can help someone who get this problem to ,
