GOLD seller spaming whisper chan (pm)

Looks like some trash picked my nick while speaking in faction (or any other) chat, or seen me somewhere around. Added me to his gold spamming list and keep writing this shit to me day after day.

Yea i knew there is Block spammer option. I'm using it but still i hear this lame sound when i got message from him (even if i cant see it anymore i still hear this slut) -.-
That's bug number 1.

2nd is a bit more complex. I just wonder why he keep spaming me whole time (day after day and so on). You guys are just so stupid, that you ban just some1 character/acount? Hard to ban his ip adress or something else to fully block him? I'm sure there are ways to do it.

I'd love a ban/block account option as well... I don't play my force master that often anymore because of the annoying whispers every ~20-30 min...
