Gamepad settings screwy after today's update

Hello-

 

After today's maintenance, my controller won't work properly.  I have logitech gamepads, both the xbox version and the ps version.  When I logged in today, all my settings were funked.  I will be able to rebind the buttons, but I cannot rebind the movement controls.  Up is down and down is up.  There is no way to fix this, or even rebind them because the options are greyed out.  Has anyone else had this problem today?  Possible solutions? I've already tried rebooting my pc and the game.
