Kick and Vote Kick option disappeared after 24-02-2016 Maintenance

 

As per topic, 

I mean, we had a guy joined our party in a Cross-Server Dungeon, just idled on the start and did nothing. The party leader couldnt kick him at the same time we couldnt initiate a vote kick.

 

is this a Bug or has this been deliberately removed?

theres alot of cons in this issue, for one being the most that bots and the likes can just join any cross server dungeon and collect money from item auctions at the same time ruin the gameplay of others

Actually, it looks like the host has to initiate the vote before others can do the same now, but the appearance of the option is very inconsitant.
