Quest stuck at Chap 17

I'm not sure if this is the right section to post about my topic, but my problem is during my completion of Chapter 17 (main quest), after pass through gate of Hell, the game wouldn't let me advance forward, simply stuck and wouldn't give me any option to complete the quest.
