Bad Skill/Auto Delay

The box lights up blue instantly  but it takes another 3 seconds for the skill/Auto to actually appear on my screen, I've tested my ping to the servers in Dallas with this nifty ping tool ( http://www.bladeandsouldojo.com/topic/132252-blade-and-soul-ping-tool-reupload/  Credit to PomfPomf for making it). Expecting to find 300+ ping i was surprised when it was only 56. I tested 10 other times and the biggest fluctuation was 2.

So i kept look around and found this thread  ( https://www.reddit.com/r/bladeandsoul/comments/41hg3o/psa_if_you_have_extreme_pingskill_lag_in_blade/?sort=new ) Hoping this was the problem i looked in the comments to see if anybody had found a fix for a MSI Motherboard (The Mobo i use)  And found a guy saying it was some service called " Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service " Sadly i couldn't find it in my services so know i'm here. If you guys/girls need any info i'm very happy to give it, Thanks for the help. -Sincerely Jalen
