Q: Sparkling Hexagonal Citrine

I've been seeing a bit of inconsistency with previous answers to this question in other parts of this forum (but I did attempt to check)

There is a gem on the market currently (yes I am aware that it comes from Blackwyrm) called Sparkling Hexagonal Citrine

Is the 100 "Life" that is "Drain"ed from the enemy from the effect of this gem, added to your HP?

Do you gain 100 HP and the enemy (or enemies) you hit while they are hit or knocked down lose 100 HP?

(Yes I have tried to test its effect with a cheaper and weaker version of the gem)
