Terms of agreement (after pin) screen

I've got 2 minor bugs, which are hard to miss, but apparently will go unfixed unless reported.

 

1. Terms of agreement is displayed on every logon, which is not normal unless ToA changes every time I logon. It's redundant, since you agree to ToA when you first register, but if it has to be shown, maybe it should be limited to being displayed once?

 

2. On ToA screen a message saying "connecting to server" pops up, which, is a lie.

In my opinion, it should not be displayed in a section that is supposed to be (at least on papers) read through.
