Real Fullscreen-mode

Its just my personal preference, but i hate it to play games in any sort of windowed mode. The game sells you the Fullscreen for a Windowed-Fullscreen, which means that i cant just switch to my desktop and do something else, because

 

1. the game is so intrusive that it overlaps my windows as soon as i click something
2. as its windowed mode, the game will be fully rendered even if its not "active", fully uses my gpu and cpu as i would actually play, whats completely unnecessary and just charging up my electricity bill for nothing

 

Especially the last point annoys me the most, because i hate any kind of waste if i dont get something equal in return.

 

TL;DR: Shouldnt be that hard to program a real Fullscreen-Mode, isnt it?

To enter true fullscreen mode, press ALT+ENTER at the same time (pressing them consecutively doesn't work for me)

The screen should glitch a bit, signifying that you're on true fullscreen.

Well, that worked tho, but the game crashes as soon as i switch back
