Body Customization - Jin Male

How to create a male Jin with good body proportions?
Every time that I try, I end up creating a disproportionate character and the outfits get weird in it.
I can create good faces but have trouble with the bodies.

Any tips or body numbers?

1. Use defaults. The presets are created by professionals, they have good proportions, and are used as baselines for outfit design.

 

2. You have the option to preview 4-5 outfits in character creation. You also have the option to change the lighting/background. Use both of these features to get a reliable idea of what your character will look like on average. 

 

3. This is a bad tip, but if you're struggling a lot, it's a good guideline. Never use the maximum or minimum scale setting. If you don't set extremes, you don't have to balance everything else as much, and you end up getting a decent body. 

 

4. Use presets from others. You can find these in "fanart/player creation" or other websites.

Look at anatomy + idols/celebrities/people in general to get a good idea of what body type you want your male jin to look like. Body proportions are really tricky to do especially since most of the character creation clothing sucks w/ trying to figure out whether or not the thighs are too big or if the boobs look weird or whatever lol the best I'd say is look up some anatomy pictures, study it a bit, and you should be good. Usually it's just simple things like make sure the hand isn't bigger than the face, etc.
