FPS Drops lately even though my pc Req. are higher than needed

The game was working like 25 fps then i opened my case and i cleaned it from the dust and yea it worked great with 50fps  for like 5 weeks then lately i faced a huge fps drops and not in B&S only but in all of the games i am playing, Help please !
