Blackwyrm - Best way to find a group?

I'm having trouble getting Blackwyrm kills.  Every time I see groups that are working on it in faction chat, I'm always too late to get there and the channel is full.  I've yet to kill BW a single time.  I'm online playing at different times during the day depending on my daily schedule, so it's not like I'm trying to get the kills super late at night when there's no people online.  It's just every time I find a group working on it, the channel is full.  I try to keep a constant eye on faction chat when I am online, but I still miss out on groups.  How can I fix this?  Is it just luck to get into a group and one of those be in the right place at the right time sort of things?

Nevermind, I just got into a group for it!  Someone was saying that the channel was full and even if people invited you to a group, you still couldn't get in.  But then someone invited me, and I was able to go to the channel.  Yay!
