Leachers in dungeons

At the moment I see big problem witch farming dungeons. Quite offten samone will enter dungeon and do nothing, he just wait for others to finish it, and he is getting reward any way. 

There is no even voite to kick button. Person which one did not do any or minimal dmg should not get loot drop or dungeon reward box if he will not do some % of dmg to the boss or moobs in dungeons. So it have to be changed. I think that we need have voite to kick option in every dungeon, but if kicked person did some % of dmg in dungeon then he should get drop as well to make sure that ppl not use others. 

At the moment LEACHERS ARE BIG PROBLEM and it have to be done something about that.
