click login and nothing happens

I have read and read and read through these forums and seemed to try any and every idea they have on here. For a company that I assume wants you play there game buy there in game currency they sure do make it hard to get the *cricket*ing game to work.

I download and click the icon the login info box comes up I put my info and click log in then bammmm nothing happens. I have reinstalled the c++ i have shut down all fire walls and anti virus but to no avail. please tell me someone has a real fix for this.
