Can Not Delete A Character

Trying to delete one of my toons and it will not let me. It will let me delete my main toon and the other one that i bought and added. The one i can not remove is in the first Character slot. Main is in second and the third slot is currently empty. Any help would be awesome.

Ok Figured it out didnt know you have to leave your clan first so if any one is having problems leave your clan before trying to delete character
