Account Sharing Issues

Just watched a streamer put out he will be accepting money to boost players in arena. I guess account sharing is not against any rules. Not sure why that would be the case. Please fix this to keep people from buying their way to higher ranks. Also keep people like this streamer from banking out on lazy people who want the rank for a ego boost. Most competitive games do not allow account sharing. Following that rule is really important for cheating issues.
