Unable to continue Storyline Quest at Twilight Garden

I'm unable to go through the portal into the Twilight Garden, I get stuck in the door and can't go back or forward. I have to escape or windstride to move my character.

I've tried relogging, restarting my pc and no luck.

 

I sent in a ticket to support and they replied that it's a known issue and the dev team is working to correct it in a future update, so basically my storyline quests are frozen and I need to go to the next area to do blue quest to keep levelling up.

 

Just wondering how this will affect me, will it just be that i'm unable to get reward chests from upcoming dungeons because I haven't completed the storyline or will I not even be able to access some of the dungeons?

i think i got past twilight, your story is a good portion of your xp, you might take an extra 4-5 hours leveling up w/o it. well good luck

I had the same issue. A work around I found was to keep walking into said portal. About 15 seconds on running forward, you'll push through. Just imagine the portal made of Jello... Lol. No kidding, it worked though.

Also, try to make sure no enemies are aggro'd on you.  I had that issue a couple times.

I'll add your fix to my ticket, hopefully the next person to have the issue will be told how to get through instead of "sorry we don't have a workaround at this time" ;b
