Is the summoner grapple bug ever going to get fixed?

If a summoner's cat grapples an assassin there's pretty much a 50% chance that the tab escape will be greyed out, forcing them to sit in 10 seconds of CC which will almost definitely result in a loss.

 

This ever going to be fixed?
