Kicking other players from party

Playing with random teams can be quite frustrating when we have these so called "leechers". Those that want the prize of the run, but dont want to participate in the action. Or just plain trolling and taking space of the party team. I request a better system for being able to kick other players for this. Altough, watchful of the way that it can be manipulated into kicking the members at the end of the dungeon/boss before we get the profit. I have many times experienced players who wait at cross dungeon area and dont participate, or just stay at the beginning of the dungeon and wait until last moment before they join the rest of the party. At the moment you can only kick players who log off the game and become offline to us. Please if there could be a better system for this it would be much appreciated.
