"Greetings, We have reviewed your NCoin refund request and are processing a refund for order number 1************, 1********, and 1********. A $170 credit has been applied to your card. If you are able to see your transaction history online, you should see this credit post to the account within 2-3 business days. However, you may not see the credit listed on your monthly paper statement until your next billing cycle. Additionally, your NCoin balance on your account has been adjusted to reflect this refund and the NCoin has been removed from your account. Also, I've transferred your ticket to our Accounts team for them to assist you in securing your account.
