Once I get the Dokumo Staff I can do this "Dungeon" in Cross Server? Do I have to equip the staff or just keep it in my inv?

You have to get to the point that your Hongmoon weapon will use the "Dokumo" as the breakthrough material.

That's strange. People in server told me I can enter by just equip it

You can indeed do this, that is at least you could the last time I checked, but there might be some people on which you will make a negative impression by doing so, since some people consider this level of gear as undergeared for this dungeon. That dungeon is doable with only infernal gear, but it will be slower than with better gear and you should be prepared for some people bashing on you as soon as you make a mistake, because you confirmed their impression of you. This depends on your group though.

Fifi honey, just have fun and don't worry about the "leets". Games are for having fun, not a replacement for a real life.  ^.~  Anyone who actually bashes you over a game needs to get one....a life, that is. Don't allow them to bully you. Just laugh at them like I do and get really, really good at your job. Not for them, but for you. It's so fun to out dps (etc.) a butt hurt a$$ hat.
