Who is the NA voice actor for Jung Hado?

I think I've mentioned by now that I have more than a fair bit of passion for voice acting. And, while honestly most of the NA dub as it stands is...pretty bad, there are a FEW characters who actually do really well. Jung Hado has been one of my favorites since we first saw him in the story, but there's something I can't quite place about his voice that makes me feel like I've heard him before.

 

I MAY be off, but I'm usually pretty good at this. Could you please tell me, if you know of course, who the NA voice actor is? Because to me, it sounds a lot like it's Cam Clarke, and if you hired Cam Clarke to play Jung Hado, you are just awesome. =)

 

For those who probably don't recognize the name, Cam Clarke is responsible for such voices as Liquid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid franchise, Kratos Aurien from the Tales Of series, and about six quadrillion other roles. He does a great job, and he always delivers.

 

Someone please tell me I'm right, so I know there is hope for this dub after all.

When I heard Junghado I instantly recognized his voice. There's no way I could ever forget Kratos Aurion's voice. Ever.
