Cannot Progress with Act 3 Chapter 4

1) It is when you use the skygate to Greenhollows which takes you to Iksanun's house. 

2) Windstride to Cinderlands or Viridian.

3) You will now not be able to windstride to Greenhollows because it was never activated.

4) Windstriding to Brightstone Occupation: The Skygate area does not have the portal which takes you to Iksanun's house.
