Is it lag from my internet, computer or something else?

I have been playing the arena and it seem fun. When playing arena as my assassin people tend to move a little after I use a stun it just isnt very fluid at all. When playing against monsters I don't notice any lag at all but arena gameplay seems a lot different. When I played my force master a destroyer just kept teleporting all the time. Also when I watch during a tag team I can't really see very many animations of players (mostly just telporting), when I start fighting in the match mostly it runs fine except for the problems mentions. It is just starting to ruin arena for me and am wondering what the problem is. I have never really had any issues with other games.

Its the arena itself NC really need to fix it if they plan to make this an Esport
