Missing titles+icons bug

This bug has been around since the beginning of time, before NA release; There is a bug were the NPC and human players titles go missing including. You can talk to a NPC, like merchant to reset it, but it goes invisible again very shortly after.

 

This bug greatly hinders quest progression for new players since they can see quest icons on map but not in their third person view. Veteran players simply just know which npcs to talk to and can ignore the bug.
