Just curious, has anyone gotten this from Nightshade harbor yet? It says it drops from there on the wardrobe. (Though the wardrobe has been wrong before).

If so, where does it come from? None of the boxes any of the bosses drop has it. Is it from the wheel of fate in Nightshade harbor?

Just to be specific, this is the one I'm talking about.

In my 216 kills to get the outfit from the twins, I didn't see it once. It might be from the wheel though, I'm not too sure.
