Game Launcher: NCLauncherR.exe - Bad Image

I had this for a week and I was scratching my head when I get this same error when I open up any other .exe applications.

So when I open up Blade & Soul I get this Bad Image error:

 

C:\Windows\system32\D3D10Warp.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

 

And yes I did reinstall and I still get this same error.

Would really appreciate it if there is a solution to this as I get the same problem for other .exe applications.
