i cant log in after update

hi,after update i cant log in,update status stucks at some point.should i do something differently except update?

I'm having the same issue atm. I dced during nightshade harbour and now the launcher is stuck at "repair"

Dced few mins ago too, while changing my skill tree. same problem with the launcher.

Same issue, just DCed while doing 24man, restarted and got stuck on "repair file 0/85 bytes". Been like this for about 10 min now. Oh and I'm on Wild Springs EU btw.

Same issue here, POH4 last boss, DC, and cant even press "play" button, it was ~10min ago, and now launcher not running at all...

Eh I was mid boss when it happened, really weird DC, haven't had one like it since I started playing. Kind of reminded me of an old WoW DC where you could run around for 5 minutes and then get kicked off.

Logged in, insannneeee lag for about 5 min, there where some other players, mid boss fight still. Then I DCed again, now I'm hanging on the repair file again as well.

If you are getting stuck on repairing files, try this workaround:

1. Close out of the launcher completely.

2. Locate the local.ini in the \bin\ folder in your B&S install

3. Right-click the local.ini file and choose Properties.

4. Check the box that says Read-only and Hit OK.

5. Run the launcher and you should be good to go

 

We are working on a more permanent fix for this solution.

I did all this plus I repaired all my files. I dont have any programs running other than BnS and did dns flush. Nothing worked so far.

 

Edit: Also I could play I got disconnected during running BSH and couldnt log in again.

Also when I close the launcher that got stuck on repair, I  cant reopen it until I ALT CTRL DEL, and have to stop it in process.
