Earthseers & Acquired Taste

If i choice Acquired_Taste and Earthseers, and wanna create Banishing Charm(Earthseers) and Ceremonial Meal(Acqured Taste) did i must get scroll to craft it, or just lvl up job?

You will need the recipes from Brightstone Ruins and be lvl 3 in your crafting profession if I recall correctly.
