bots just ruining the whole economy

pls NCSOFT and its employee DO SOMETHING AGAINST BOTs or their work, they killed the whole Auction economy in the past 3 days........   for example 3days ago the repair tool price was 3s 50c.... and now its 2s..... with tons of stack.... and its is just too suspicius we have tons of 1000stack of HP potion and food 200stack repair toll in AH now..) very very please do something about it.. professions worth nothing for getting some profit now
