Anyway to get this hat?

I heard the only way to get this hat was through getting the Master Pack. Is it really the only way?

It was with the Master Pack only yes. No way to get it now, unless someone were to give you a Master Pack code (which really doesn't exist anymore)

If I was able to trade or sell the hat, I would. I don't wear it. I wear the outfit it came with, but I dont like the hat. Nor did I like the white outfit but sadly, they are stuck on my character~ ; A; )
