When im entering my pin, i get System error 200

Well this mormning i played fine, normally, then i got crashed, wanted to come back to the game, and boom,

after the pin i get this message:

 

Failed to connect to server.

SystemErr - (200 : : Account Authentication Failure)

 

what should i do?

hi! I got the same problem. and I have no idea nor solution to fix it. Have tried to turn of my firewall and ativirus, but it seems didnt work at all. 

 

My only solution is just keep trying to login, and I make it eventually. It can be in the first minute, or I may have to wait until almost 1 hour.

Russian IP's are locked if you are trying to play on NA or EU. There are currently no issues with servers and if you use VPN you can actually play on EU or NA. Otherwise you have to wait for Innova scammers to release Russian version of Blade and Soul.
