KFM Guide Needed

already reached 45 lvl but having some troubles 

1st : why i cant beat mushin tower 1st floor even with these gears always died and the mob hp is like 60% left.

2nd: how can i get the equipment fast and gears fast i have to continue the story. 

3rd: i dont pvp because when i try to do dailies always get ganked by fools , pro or what ever they think they are.

4th: i use their recommended build fire dungeon or wind dungeon
