Downloader/Updater Won't Start

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows why my download client won't work. Every time I open blade and souls an error message pops up before it even starts to download and says "error E02002, not enough system memory to download" does that mean that i am out of space and need to get more? or is it about something else and just a random/fixable error? I have about 50 gb of storage left so that might be it but idk. Thank You.

the total size of blade&soul is 22.7gb(presently)... try downloading a new downloader and see if the problem persist, if it does try sending a ticket.

Thanks but ive already tried that and it has no effect, ive sent a ticket but so far they've sent me instructions to download a application full of malware...lol. Well thank you for helping

rather then in "C:" drive, try to install it in some other place, suchas, "D:", "E:" etc.

 

and another question, are ya able to download the launcher and install it? Does the problem occur after ya login through the launcher & click download/update?
