Game do not start

Hello Guys ,

 

I have a problem with launching the game .

Launcher is downloading all files and when all is ready game starts but i see only this window and its stuck :

 

 

Nothing else is showing up :(

I tried repair files but no effect

Anyone had similar problem ?

I'm running on Win10 x64

I have the same problem!

Tried file repairing, changing the security options of the game file, running the game in compatibility mode (Windows 7), placing the game folder in the exclusion zone of the Antivirus, firewall disabled, read the topics about this issue, nothing worked. Any ideas?

see if ya can open the file with start_client.bat file........ paste the file in "NCsoft>BnS>bin" copy & paste a shortcut on the desktop, see if that works...

 

p.s dont run as admin, it wont start.....=_="

Unfortunately feyan, it does not work. I read that topic about the batch file on reddit. Thanks though! I would really want to play this game, it seems i will have to wait for another patch or at least a x64 bit version of the client ( now i believe its x32 bit). Any ideas that might fix this issue are most welcomed

am personally running the game on win10pro-x64... ya could copy "bin" & "contents" from "NCsoft>BnS" paste it somewhere secure, uninstall>restart>download new downloader>install>login through the launcher>click update/download>cancel>exit the launcher>paste the old "bin & contents" in "NCsoft>BnS" overriting the new "B&C" and see if that works or else, sadly, ya might have to get everything fresh, suchas, uninstall the whole game>restart>download new downloader>install>login through the launcher>click update/download... before all else try sending a ticket and see if "they" can help or not......
